User Experience Researcher III

Duration: 08 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end user research studies across products such as document editors, collaboration tools, and form-based workflows.
• Conduct a variety of research methods including usability testing, user interviews, diary studies, surveys, and workflow analysis.
• Investigate user behaviors in areas like real-time collaboration, content creation, sharing, and data collection.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product design and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research questions aligned with product goals.
• Support iterative product development by validating concepts, prototypes, and launched features.
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, including user feedback and behavioral metrics.
• Communicate insights through presentations, reports, and storytelling to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Sociology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in UX research, preferably in digital products or SaaS platforms.
• Experience conducting research across multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
• Strong foundation in qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing).
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable product insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on productivity tools, collaboration platforms, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with research in areas like real-time collaboration, document editing, or form workflows.
• Experience with quantitative methods (survey design, metrics analysis, A/B testing).
• Ability to manage multiple research projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
