Let’s shape the future of digital together.Locations: Frisco, TX/ Alpharetta, GAUX ResearcherAs a UX Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and program managers—to ensure user-centered design principles drive our solutions Your research will inform and shape exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and customer needsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design (XD) or a related field (e.g. Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Marketing) Advanced degrees and certifications are a plusExperience: 5-8 years in UX research within industry or agency settingsConduct, analyze, and synthesize user research to inform design decisionsDevelop and advocate for research strategies and methodologies across projectsPlan and execute usability studies, both online and in the field, to uncover user needs and mental modelsProvide actionable recommendations to improve user experiencesTest business requirements using heuristic and qualitative research methodsResearch & Problem-SolvingStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skillsAbility to translate research findings into clear insights and strategic recommendationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCollaboration & LeadershipPartner effectively with UX/UI designers, product teams, and developers to ensure research findings translate into actionable design improvementsLead research discussions and presentations, articulating findings and design rationale to stakeholdersMentor and guide junior researchers or designers when necessaryDeliverables & ExecutionCreate research documentation, reports, and strategic insightsDevelop test scripts, conduct user testing, analyze results, and present findingsIdentify and recruit target users for testing sessions
