Versuni is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader for their User Experience Research team. In this role, youll inspire a team of passionate UX researchers, translate insights into action, and help shape the future of product interaction. If curiosity drives you and youre skilled at translating user needs into impactful solutions, this role is tailored for you. Youll embed the consumer at the heart of every stage of product development, from early value proposition to final usability. Youll apply state-of-the-art UX methodologies to uncover deep insights and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements. Additionally, youll support post-launch experiences by ensuring consumer care teams are equipped with the right training and insights to elevate customer satisfaction.

Tasks

Lead and inspire a team of UX researchers in the Netherlands and China

Integrate consumer insight into every step of product development

Embed the voice of the consumer in all stages of product development

Apply advanced UX methodologies for deep insights

Turn insights into impactful product improvements

Support usability risk assessments and early testing

Integrate data from consumer tests to post-launch feedback

Support post-launch experiences with training and insights for customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need

Academic background in Social Sciences, Engineering, or Applied Sciences

10+ years of experience in user/consumer research

5+ years of experience leading teams

Strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research methods

Experience in UX/UI design or connected products is a plus

Familiarity with home care products

Strategic thinker with an innovation mindset

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
