R&D Engineer in Human Factors

We are seeking a highly experienced R&D engineer to join our team at Virtual Vocations Inc. The ideal candidate will have expertise in human factors and ergonomics, with a strong background in product definition, design, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply human factors and ergonomics expertise to product development processes;
• Conduct usability testing and analysis throughout the product life cycle;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advocate for user needs and refine product designs.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in human factors/usability engineering (10 years preferred);
• M.S. degree in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, or Biomedical Engineering with human factors coursework;
• Experience working on medical device development projects,, proven ability to guide program teams on Human Factors strategy deliverables;,and ;experience working regulatory affairs submissions}
