A company is looking for an R&D Engineer_Human Factors. Key Responsibilities Apply human factors and ergonomics expertise to product definition, design, and evaluation Conduct usability testing and analysis throughout the product development process Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advocate for user needs and refine product designs Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of relevant human factors/usability engineering experience; 10 years preferred M.S. degree in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, or Biomedical Engineering with human factors coursework Experience in medical device development Proven ability to guide program teams on Human Factors strategy and deliverables Experience working with regulatory affairs for product submissions
