Associate User Researcher

A company is looking for an Associate User Researcher to provide tactical support for research activities that inform the design and delivery of digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day research activities and assist with participant recruitment and session scheduling

Capture detailed notes and observations during research sessions and help compile raw data for analysis

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of research documentation, journey maps, and persona updates

Required Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in UX research or related field

Understanding of basic UX research processes and tools

Ability to manage logistics and contribute to the execution of research studies

Comfortable collaborating in a hybrid / remote environment

Interest in advancing UX maturity through tactical research contributions
