Entry-Level UX Researcher

A company is looking for a UX Researcher I.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts various user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing

Analyzes data to identify user needs and synthesizes findings into actionable insights

Collaborates with design teams to create user-centered designs and evaluates prototypes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Interaction Design or Human-Computer Interaction

0-2 years of experience in UX research, including user testing and usability evaluation

Novice understanding of user research methodologies and Design Thinking principles

Intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)

Formal training in statistical analyses relevant to UX research
