Human Factors Engineering Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to evaluate operational processes and enhance outcomes using human factors engineering methods
Incorporate innovative research and best practices into product evaluations and design strategies to promote human-centered design
Conduct comprehensive usability assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend redesigns to enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Systems Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Health Informatics, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in human factors engineering or a related field focused on user outcomes
Deep understanding of human factors engineering principles, research methodologies, and usability standards
Experience with SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices
Exceptional ability to articulate complex human factor concepts to diverse audiences
