Manager of Human Factors Research

A company is looking for a Manager of Human Factors Research.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of researchers while conducting personal research and usability initiatives

Collaborate with product teams and experts to integrate human factors engineering principles throughout the product lifecycle

Ensure all research activities comply with regulatory standards and support product quality and safety

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

8+ years of experience in human factors, usability engineering, or UX research

2+ years in a people management role with hiring responsibilities

Experience in regulated industries and familiarity with applicable standards

Strong background in usability testing methodologies and human error assessments
