Senior UX Research Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, UX Research to lead its research function and integrate user insights into product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the UX research strategy throughout the product lifecycle

Build and lead a scalable UX research team while partnering with Product and Design leadership

Create systems for conducting research efficiently and centralizing insights

Required Qualifications

9+ years of experience in UX research, with at least 4 years in a leadership role

Experience influencing product strategy in complex B2B or platform products

Strong understanding of multi-persona workflows and high configuration environments

Proven ability to translate research into clear decisions and measurable outcomes

Experience building or rapidly scaling a research function is a plus
