UX Researcher

A company is looking for a UX Researcher (Qualitative) to join their internal user research department.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate collaboration among UX researchers, designers, and product stakeholders to drive research projects

Support and organize strategic and tactical research efforts in partnership with product and development teams

Present quantitative findings and communicate insights to enhance product experiences and inform strategic direction

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product and / or qualitative UX research or equivalent academic work

BA / BS, MS, or PhD in social sciences, experimental psychology, human-computer interaction, or related fields

Experience with primary and secondary quantitative research methodologies and digital product development

Mastery of quantitative research methods and excellent planning skills

Ability to identify the best research methods based on project goals and resources
