UX Researcher II

A company is looking for a UX Researcher II, Policyholder Experience and Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to manage a research roadmap and backlog
Own and develop a research roadmap for the policyholder experience and claims domains
Conduct various research efforts, including usability testing and strategic discovery work
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of applied research experience
Professionally trained in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Highly skilled interviewer
Strong creative and design instincts
Ability to confidently lead and facilitate meetings and workshops
