Intern - User Experience Researcher

We’re looking for a talented, passionate Intern to join our User Experience Research team at Adobe. As an Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our UX researchers to gain invaluable experience in this field. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong interest in understanding user behaviors and motivations.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, as well as prior experience in UX research. Additionally, you should have exceptional communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the UX research team to gain valuable experience in this field.
Utilize knowledge of psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field to conduct user research.
Analyze user behavior and motivations to inform UX decisions.
Develop and execute research plans and projects in accordance with the team’s goals and objectives.
Prepare detailed reports to summarize user research findings.
Work closely with other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Monitor current trends in UX research and keep up-to-date with best practices.
Maintain organized records of research activities and results.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the user experience.
Demonstrate effective communication skills when working with stakeholders.
