Responsibilities

• Lead user research across discovery, design, and launch.
• Run usability tests, surveys, interviews, and field studies.
• Build personas, journey maps, and research insights that guide design.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in Agile settings.
• Present actionable recommendations that impact millions of users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX Research & Testing (qualitative + quantitative).
• Strong portfolio with desktop + mobile research outcomes.
• Experience with tools like UserZoom, UserTesting.com, Qualtrics.
• Background in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent communication + storytelling skills.

Required Skills
