Seeking for a Senior User Experience Researcher where you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences within the Health and Human Services sector. Expertise will help improve caseworker efficiency and modernize operations in anticipation of federal regulation changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead discovery and usability testing sprints to identify innovation opportunities.
• Conduct user research through interviews, shadowing, and observations.
• Analyze current systems and data flows to map the end-to-end user journey.
• Communicate insights to cross-functional teams and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• Two or more years of UX experience focused on building and designing products, platforms, or services at scale.
• Experience with technology delivery for HHS or Federally funded programs like SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, or Unemployment Insurance.
• Deep technical expertise in User Experience (UX) Research and User-Centered Design practices.
• Proven success in product design based on research.
• Experience across the full UX design spectrum, from ideation to execution.
• Ability to build alignment with stakeholders and lead design for products, platforms, or services.
• Experience with iterative or agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information and foster understanding.
