Key Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative solutions for human-machine interfaces.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet safety, efficiency, and comfort requirements.
Collaborate with pilots and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Develop and maintain documentation, including requirement specification documents.
Participate in simulation, lab, and aircraft test activities to evaluate and improve proposed designs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in human factors engineering.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Qualifications
