Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative solutions for human-machine interfaces.

  • Collaborate with pilots and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including requirement specification documents.
  • Participate in simulation, lab, and aircraft test activities to evaluate and improve proposed designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human factors engineering.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
