Job Description

We're seeking a skilled user researcher to conduct in-depth studies, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform product opportunities that improve the overall customer experience. This role will play a critical part in shaping our products by understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations.

  • Develop and execute research plans, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
  • Recruit and screen participants for research studies.
  • Facilitate research sessions, ensuring a positive and productive experience for participants.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify trends, patterns, and user insights.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate research results effectively to product teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are met.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality research to inform product roadmap and drive positive outcomes for the business.
