Your role

• Design, scale, and optimize

large-model training and inference

workflows

• Lead or contribute to

LLM pre-training

, including data pipelines and distributed training

• Apply

post-training techniques

such as reinforcement learning, instruction tuning, and contrastive learning

• Develop

multimodal models

, integrating non-text data (e.g. graphs, 3D structures, time series)

• Collaborate closely with scientists and engineers to translate research into impact

What you'll bring

• Deep expertise in

LLM architectures, large-scale ML systems, and/or multimodal learning

• Strong

Python

programming skills

• Proven academic or professional track record in machine learning research or engineering
• Intellectual curiosity, versatility, and a collaborative mindset
• Domain experience in life sciences is
