UX RESEARCHER

Location: Foothill Ranch, California

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hour

We're looking for a highly motivated UX Researcher to be the voice of our end-user. You'll conduct deep dives into brands, culture, products, and marketing, using a mix of interviews, surveys, field tests, and evaluations to identify and validate exciting new opportunities. Your work directly ensures that our products meet and exceed user needs. This is a highly collaborative role that requires you to partner and influence across Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Satisfying the end-user is the ultimate goal.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross functional teams to plan research initiatives.
• Define research goals.
• Define workstream plan and timeline.
• Deploying the right research methods.
• Collecting data and performing interviews.
• Synthesize data.
• Storytelling and influencing with your insights.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience with the following:

• User journey mapping
• Usability testing
• Profiling/archetype generation/psychology
• Discovery research
• UX/UI principles
• Data visualization
