UX Researcher (Remote)

Location: Redmond, WashingtonJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 55 per hourJoin a dynamic research team focused on driving user-centered design for a Fortune 500 tech company. You'll lead and contribute to high-impact qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research to inform product decisions, evaluate new AI tools, and shape the future of presentation software.Responsibilities:Design and execute UX research studies using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods to uncover user insights and influence product direction.Analyze, synthesize, and triangulate data from multiple sources to drive clear, actionable recommendations.Apply insights to improve user experience.Scope problem spaces, map user journeys, and test product features and usability.Track and communicate the impact of research to stakeholders.Qualifications:Minimum 6+ years experience with UX Research experience with mixed methods.Minimum 6+ years experience with presentation design and storytelling experience.Minimum 4+ years experience with ability to run research independently.Proven storytelling and communication skills across leadership, engineering teams, designers, customers, and partners.Strong leadership skills to deliver projects and customer insights within and across product teams that resulted in robust product impact.Experience conducting research globally and working with global stakeholders.Experience working with AI tools, presentation tools and strong design experience and output (e.g. knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint deck building etc.) strongly desired.
