Job Summary

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of key digital products and features across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on translating complex human and business needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to design, prototype, test, and refine solutions that are deeply human-centered. This is a hands-on role requiring strong interaction, visual, and systems-thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead interaction design by analyzing business requirements and user needs to create user flows, task flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Design intuitive and engaging web and mobile experiences for consumer-facing digital products
  • Create high-quality visual designs aligned with established user interface guidelines and brand standards
  • Apply and contribute to the company's design system, creating scalable templates and components
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, user researchers, and engineers to inform design decisions
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and support agile development workflows
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices across all experiences

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field
  • Minimum of six years of professional experience in product design for web and mobile applications
  • Strong interaction and visual design expertise, including layout, typography, color, and micro-interactions
  • Proven experience creating, evolving, and maintaining design systems across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong prototyping and animation skills across multiple levels of fidelity
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business goals and user needs into impactful design solutions
  • Deep understanding of usability and accessibility principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consumer product design experience
  • Experience designing hybrid mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
  • Experience with data visualization design
  • Start-up environment experience
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience
  • Experience incorporating artificial intelligence into product experiences
  • Customer service or customer-facing experience

  • Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered
  • Portfolios consisting only of academic projects, static galleries, or lacking native mobile experience will not be considered

Pay Range: $50/hr to $60/hr
