Job Title: User Experience Evaluator Location: (USA) Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as a User Experience Evaluator. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensively assessing the user experience of various digital products (websites, apps, software) from an end-user's perspective, identifying usability issues, design flaws, and areas for improvement to ensure intuitive and satisfying interactions. Responsibilities: Execute detailed usability testing scenarios for diverse digital interfaces and user flows. Identify and document any inconsistencies, confusing elements, or frustrating interactions that detract from the user experience. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to product, design, and development teams to enhance overall UX. Conduct heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, and user flow analyses to uncover potential pain points. Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports detailing user experience findings and strategic suggestions. Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices. Comfort with working tools and familiarity with various digital platforms and user behaviors. Prior experience in UX evaluation, usability testing, user research, or a related QA role is highly preferred. Reliable internet connection and access to a range of computing and mobile devices.
