- Usability research product experimentation A/B testing UX testing/benchmarking LLMs & agents
- Design and Execute Rigorous Usability Studies: Develop and implement a range of user testing
- Build and manage a systematic process for gathering, analyzing, and tracking qualitative user feedback
- 3-5+ years of experience conducting UX researcher and usability testing preferably with complex, expert-facing systems
- Experience with data analysis, product experimentation, A/B testing
- Someone with experience in Figma tool
- Familiarity with Biotech industry
- 3 days in week onsite role for Manhattan NYC NY
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
