Compensation: Starting at $200K

We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Architect to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex products. This role combines hands-on design with strategic influence and mentorship, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on product usability and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document information architecture and interaction models
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure cohesive design
• Support user research and usability testing
• Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards
• Mentor team members and contribute to design systems

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX architecture or design
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows and design impact
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Axure, etc.)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
