Mission / Team

We are looking to strengthen our teams by recruiting a Human and Organizational Factors and Ergonomics Engineer . You will be integrated into a Human and Organizational Factors team of 20 people based in France, dedicated to factories and mastering methodologies and deliverables contents.

Your main role will be to integrate human and organizational factors into the design and assessment of technical and organizational systems in the aerospace factories. You will supervise the activity and the ergonomics team.

Your tasks

  • Manage and coordinate the consultants teams.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (engineers, UX, quality, safety, etc.).
  • Perform ergonomics/HOF diagnosis.
  • Perform analysis of activity - workstation - organization (trades, processes, tools).
  • Formalize ergonomics and user needs requirements.
  • Define functional specifications.
  • Analyze HOF risks and identify root causes for incidents, accidents, human errors or quality issues.
  • Define action plans.
  • Manage creativity workshops.
  • Conduct user tests on industrial systems (jig and tool).
  • Lead the development of human factors/ergonomics activities.
  • Provide training and promote the importance of human factors engineering.

Qualifications

Master in Human Factors Engineering/Ergonomics or Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., industrial/systems engineering, industrial/organizational or ergonomics). At least 5 years related experience. Industrial/factories related experience required.

Skills

Must have strong consulting skills, strong presentation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential. French language skills could be a plus.

Recognized for your ability to explain and promote HOF and communicate, your interpersonal skills and your ability to work as part of a team, you will be able to make proposals, be autonomous and be convinced of the added value of people in the control of systems.

Employment contract

Permanent contract / Full time / Expected starting date: from June / July 2025.

Wage: according to the profile, experience (we will speak about it during the interviews).
