Role Overview

As a Mid-Level UX Researcher, you will collaborate closely with senior team members to analyze the motivations, workflows, and habits of data professionals. Your research expertise will inform the design and growth of our cloud data suite, utilizing a blend of qualitative and quantitative research methods alongside big data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a high-performing UX Research team on various research activities.
• Build strong relationships with product management and design teams to address challenges.
• Conduct usability studies, interviews, surveys, and other research to inform product design.
• Align research initiatives with organizational goals and key success metrics.
• Present insightful research findings to influence product direction and design decisions.

Qualifications for Success

MUST-Have Skills

• 3+ years of UX research experience in technical domains.
• Proficiency in analyzing research data and presenting findings clearly.
• Strong desire to learn about new technologies and user needs.
• Effective communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to meet security screening requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in Social Science or Human-Computer Interaction.
• Experience in influencing business decisions with research findings.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Leadership experience to drive project success and customer insights.
• Experience conducting global research with diverse stakeholders.
