Rate of Pay: $137,550.00/yr.-$205,500.00/yr.
Job Duties: Work with Engineering, Product, and Design Leads to define, influence, and build support for a long-term product strategy. Support the UX Research Team in defining the research roadmaps for Xvantage platforms. Lead and execute the research roadmap and deliver research insights for Xvantage platforms, using in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, surveys, and usability testing. Work with designers, product managers, and engineers in a domain area to inform product direction based on research findings. Involved in product and feature definition. Partner with data scientists, business analytics, and market research team to pair qualitative context with quantitative insights. Present research results and recommendations to the immediate product team and across the company.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human-Computer Interaction or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Web and Digital Interface Designer - related occupation.
Telecommuting / working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy.
