(HYBRID) UX Researcher

Insight Global is seeking a UX Researcher to help work for a client of ours in the gaming peripherals space. You will need to know mix method research, and play testing is a plus. Knowledge of survey protocols, new recruitment policies, etc. to understand how gamers and creators use the clients hardware and software, turning those insights into better product decisions.

This will be a hybrid role (3 days onsite), therefore must be local to Orange County, CA

Skills and Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a UX Researcher in a corporate environment
  • Fluent in both Qualitative and Quantitative research
  • Ability to define research objectives, create research plans, and choose the right methodology for each product.
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize large amount of user data & connect qualitative and quantitative findings, turn research into actionable and product ready recommendations
  • Strong operational skills: ability to standardize research workflows (intake- execution- insights- sharing), create templates, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Gaming or Consumer electronics experience -bachelors or masters degree in human computer interaction(HCI), Cognitive science, or human factors
  • Experienced with Play testing
