UX Researcher Designer

We’re looking for an experienced and creative UX Researcher Designer to join the Kaiser Permanente team. Our ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications and have an eye for detail, as well as a passion for user experience design. If you’re a self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, who enjoys collaborating with a diverse team, and is ready to tackle challenging projects, we’d love to hear from you.To be successful in this role, you must have strong experience in UX research and design. You must possess a combination of technical acumen and business acumen to develop innovative solutions and strategies for complex issues. You must also have a deep understanding of user experience design best practices and principles, as well as an understanding of the latest trends in the field. Additionally, you must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or Computer Science is preferred.
