Sr. Manager, User Experience Research

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Researcher to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our UX & Design team, you will be responsible for conducting user research to inform design decisions across all digital channels and products.

Your primary responsibilities will include

• Partnering with designers and stakeholders to understand design questions and identify gaps in data
• Crafting research plans and study designs
• Conducting qualitative research methods such as usability testing, surveys, benchmark studies, web analytics,
• Collecting and analyzing user behavior data
