This team is responsible for building and improving internal tools that support thousands of frontline employees, with a focus on TechOps, HR, and Corporate platforms.As a strategic thought partner within a cross-functional UX organization, you’ll own research initiatives from discovery to delivery, informing key design decisions and driving the creation of best-in-class enterprise tools.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research across platforms and product phases.Develop user personas, journey maps, ecosystem maps, and other research artifacts.Conduct usability studies, heuristic evaluations, field research, and lo-fi prototyping.Translate complex findings into compelling insights that guide design and development.Facilitate workshops, group discussions, and stakeholder presentations.Contribute to a user-centered culture within a large enterprise environment.Ideal Experience:5+ years of UX research experience, ideally across both web and mobile platforms.Deep understanding of usability methodologies and human-centered design.Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, JustinMind, and Miro.Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.Strong communication, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills.Backgrounds in human factors, interaction design, or information architecture are a plus.Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Logistics:Role: Senior UX Researcher (Employee Experience Tools)Location: Chicago, ILType: Long-term W2 ContractHours: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)Note: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
