Senior UX Researcher - AI and Healthcare Solutions

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, AI-driven research strategies that facilitate rapid iterations and consistent enhancements to user experiences throughout the product lifecycle. Your insights will fundamentally influence our product strategy, ensuring it is shaped by human behaviors and AI-powered analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI-Enhanced Product Insights: Leverage AI tools to gather and analyze user behavior, feedback, and large datasets. Apply advanced behavioral data analysis techniques to uncover patterns, pain points, and opportunities that will inform AI-driven design decisions and optimize products.
• Leverage Continuous Feedback Systems: Work with Data Science and Product teams to build real-time feedback mechanisms that facilitate dynamic product adjustments based on user insights and usage patterns, ensuring a cycle of rapid iterations and long-term improvements.
• Collaborate Closely with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Designers, Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists to integrate research insights into AI models and design decisions. Validate AI-driven features and conduct usability testing, iterating based on ongoing user feedback and data analysis.
• Establish and Scale AI-Infused UX Research Practices: Collaborate with the Director of User Experience Design to define AI-first research methodologies, combining them with traditional UX research techniques and establishing scalable processes for data integrity and feedback collection.
• Lead UX Research and Testing: Design and execute AI-assisted research strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to validate new features and enhance user experiences while optimizing AI model accuracy.
• Communicate Insights with Impact: Synthesize and present AI-driven insights and research findings clearly to various stakeholders using data visualization and storytelling techniques to promote informed, data-driven decision-making across the organization. Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years of UX Research experience, focusing on using AI/ML tools and feedback systems to improve product design and user experience, particularly in complex domains such as healthcare.
• Relevant degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Data Science, Behavioral Science, or Information Science; advanced degrees are preferred, but extensive experience is an alternative.
• Expertise in AI-driven research methods, including behavioral data analysis and A/B/multivariate testing.
• Proficient in analyzing complex data with tools like Python, R, or advanced SQL for AI/ML integration and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Qualtrics, Amplitude) for continuous optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights refined through machine learning.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to present research findings compellingly, particularly with teams utilizing AI/ML models.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving AI-driven environment with a focus on long-term impact.
• Experience with UX research tools (e.g., Maze, Dovetail) and proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for presenting insights and monitoring AI-driven performance. Preferred Skills
• Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs/EMRs, patient portals).
• Familiarity with Agile environments and collaborating within cross-functional teams using AI-first methodologies.
