RAND's Center for AI, Security, and Technology (CAST) conducts cutting-edge research on transformative technologies to shape policies protecting global security and advancing the public good.

You will manage significant research budgets and personnel, oversee complex technical research projects, and lead multidisciplinary teams. Your team will evaluate AI models across the full attack lifecycle.

• Develop benchmarks for fully autonomous operations using scaffolding tools.
• Evaluate stealth capabilities in environments like CTF challenges frameworks assessing ability to reason over attack graphs
