UX Researcher

Job Title: UX Researcher

Pay rate: $32/hr

Location: Onsite 1 Icon, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610

Oakley is looking for a UX Researcher to design user-focused products through deep research and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing teams to understand user needs and shape product direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user research initiatives
• Conduct interviews, surveys, field tests, and usability testing
• Analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights
• Use storytelling to influence design and product decisions
• Support UX team with tools, frameworks, and efficiencies

Required Skills

• Strong data analysis and user insight skills
• Experience with UX/UI principles, journey mapping, and usability testing
• Ability to translate research into clear, actionable recommendations
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset
