Role Description

This is a full-time Researcher role based on-site in Frisco, TX. The Researcher will be responsible for conducting thorough qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, and interpreting results to provide actionable insights. Key responsibilities include designing research methodologies, compiling findings into reports, identifying patterns to support decision-making, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure relevant and accurate outcomes. Collaboration with stakeholders to determine research objectives will also be a core element of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including data collection and analysis
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques, including but not limited to Excel, statistical software, and data visualization platforms
• Experience in writing detailed research reports, summaries, or white papers
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex information and draw meaningful conclusions
• Strong organizational skills for managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Effective communication and presentation skills to share research findings with diverse audiences
• Familiarity with the field or industry relevant to the role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Research, Data Science, Statistics, Sociology, or equivalent experience
