What You’ll Do
- Assess current UX design processes, tools, and methodologies
- Identify areas for improvement and develop a strategic plan to enhance UX frameworks and practices.
- Implement effective design solutions, ensuring alignment with user-centered principles and business goals.
- Guide and mentor internal teams through UX design transformations
- Deliver documentation, process improvements, and actionable recommendations to support ongoing UX optimization.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience design
- Experience with user research, workshops, interview facilitation, user journeys, wireframing, and prototyping
- Strong experience with Figma and other design tools

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is 45/hr - 55/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
