Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$70.00/hr - $75.00/hrSeeking a Sr. UX Researcher for an open end contract that has a strong potential to convert fulltime.Key Responsibilities:Design, plan, and execute end-to-end UX research studies using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, diary studies, surveys, A/B testing).Translate business goals and user needs into actionable research questions.Analyze and synthesize findings into clear, compelling insights that inform product strategy and design.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are translated into design and product decisions.Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion UX research best practices across the organization.Mentor junior researchers and support the growth of the UX research discipline.Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in user research.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field.Proficiency with various UX research methods and tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Lookback, Figma, etc.).Strong analytical and storytelling skills—able to translate data into insights and narratives that influence stakeholders.Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative product development.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.BA/BS in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or a related field.
