Senior User Research Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior User Research Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive user research related to B2B sourcing experiences and associated AI products

Plan and execute user research projects, managing timelines and enhancing research quality

Deliver actionable reports and optimization recommendations to improve user experience and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, statistics, or related fields

Minimum of 3 years of user research experience, preferably in research or consulting firms

Extensive project experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies, proficient in SQL and SPSS

Preferred experience in AI product research, e-commerce, and cross-border supply chain knowledge

Proficiency in English and Mandarin for professional communication is advantageous
