Lead UX Researcher

Job Description

This is a key role in the company responsible for driving user insights that influence major product decisions. The Lead User Experience Researcher will oversee high-priority initiatives and champion research-informed design.

• The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in UX Research or related fields, including managing or mentoring researchers. They must have excellent communication skills to present complex findings to diverse audiences.
• A strong understanding of qualitative methods and quantitative tools is essential. The successful candidate will also be able to define success metrics for user experience and evaluate the impact of product decisions on users.
