Human Factor Engineer (Bilbao2)

Engineer specialized in Human Factors and Safety.
This full-time opportunity is based in Spain, remote work is possible. This role requires exceptional performance and strong communication skills for customer interactions.
Overview of the team.
The team you will join is an industry leader in safety management by creating a strong and effective safety culture.
Once you join us, you will work on a cultural transformation program for a big company in the Oil & Gas sector through the creation and operation of Safety Academies. You will have a period of initial training, both theoretical and practical.
Your Day-to-day
At the end of the training period, which will require presence in both own and client's facilities, you will be incorporated into our Sites in Bilbao, covered by the program.
At the destination site, you will carry out consulting and training tasks at the client's facilities, including offices, classrooms, and industrial complexes. Additionally, you may provide occasional support on other sites in Spain.

This is a position for a technical profile (technical degree) with a strong vocation for training and the ability to adapt to changes.

- Knowledge/experience in the Oil & Gas sector
- Knowledge/experience in safety and health
- Possibility of carrying out field work
- Predisposition to continuous learning
- Capacity as a trainer and facilitator
- Ability to work in a team
- Use of Microsoft 365 tools
- Good level of English (B2)
